Luxury restaurants in Palma de Mallorca

Lucía: “Palma is a city of secrets — candlelit courtyards, rooftops under the stars, restaurants where beauty and flavor dance together. And sometimes… you’ll find us there too.”

For us Sirenas, luxury is more than fine food — it’s the experience. The way a sommelier leans in with a story about the wine. The way candlelight kisses a linen tablecloth. The way flavors seduce slowly, like a lover’s touch.

Here are the 10 luxury restaurants in Palma de Mallorca where we love to linger, laugh, and sometimes get a little lost in the night.

1. Marc Fosh (One Michelin Star, Palma)

Lucía: “The first time we went to Marc Fosh, I remember laughing because we were all dressed in white — like the restaurant itself, all minimalist chic and glowing.”

The food is modern Mediterranean at its purest — clean flavors, local ingredients, dishes that feel like little poems. The prawn carpaccio practically melts like silk on the tongue.

We come here when we want a reset — light, elegant, sophisticated. And if you’re very lucky, you might find us sipping cava by the window, whispering about our next escape.

2. Adrián Quetglas (One Michelin Star, Palma)

Isabela: “Adrián is daring. His food is a performance — every plate arrives with a little wink, a little surprise.”

We love the five-course tasting menu. It changes with the seasons, which means every visit feels fresh and playful. Once, he served us a dish with beetroot foam that looked like velvet — we couldn’t stop teasing each other about it.

This is where we come to be challenged, to play, to discover.

3. DINS Santi Taura (One Michelin Star, Palma)

Carmen: “This one feels like a secret. The entrance is discreet, almost hidden in La Lonja, and inside it’s like stepping into someone’s memory.”

The food is deeply Mallorcan — reimagined classics with modern artistry. Santi himself once came to our table and explained the story behind a dish of suckling pig — it tasted of history, passion, and a little rebellion.

We love it for its intimacy, for the way it connects us to the island itself.

4. Es Fum (One Michelin Star, Palmanova)

Lucía: “This is the restaurant for slow kisses and long glances. It’s inside the St. Regis Mardavall, and everything about it whispers romance.”

One night, we ordered the full tasting menu and let the sommelier choose wines for each course. By the third glass, we were laughing too loud. By the fifth, Carmen dared a stranger to dance between the tables. He did.

Es Fum is luxury at its most elegant — where anything feels possible.

5. Sa Clastra (One Michelin Star, Es Capdellà)

Isabela: “Driving to Castell Son Claret already feels like a fairytale. By the time you’re seated at Sa Clastra, you’ve forgotten the world outside.”

The garden setting, the silence of the countryside, the tasting menus that unfold like a love story. We once spent four hours there — dining, drinking, wandering the estate under the stars.

This is where we go when we want time to stop.

6. La Vieja de Jonay Hernández (Michelin-listed, Palma)

Carmen: “La Vieja is fun. It’s sexy, it’s cheeky — the food has personality, and so does the chef.”

One night, Jonay himself came out with a plate of Canarian-style tapas and told us we had to eat with our hands. We did. We laughed. We licked our fingers.

If you find us here, expect us to be in a playful mood — flirting with flavors, teasing each other across the table.

7. Quadrat at Hotel Sant Francesc (Luxury Fine Dining, Palma)

Lucía: “Quadrat is like slipping into silk. The hotel is a 19th-century mansion, and the restaurant feels both historic and impossibly chic.”

We often come here for lunch — sunlight streaming in, linen dresses fluttering, plates of lobster ravioli and crisp white wine. It’s less about indulgence and more about elegance.

If you catch us here, we’ll probably be pretending to be serious businesswomen — until dessert arrives, and we melt.

8. Béns d’Avall (One Michelin Star, Deià)

Isabela: “Perched on cliffs between Deià and Sóller, this place makes you feel like the sea itself is dining with you.”

We once watched the sun set over the Mediterranean here, each course arriving in time with the changing light. The food is Mallorcan, but elevated — like the view.

This is our place for poetry. For silence, beauty, and kisses stolen between courses.

9. Andreu Genestra (One Michelin Star, Capdepera)

Carmen: “Genestra is passion in the countryside. The restaurant grows its own produce — you can taste the earth, the sun, the love in every dish.”

We once spent an afternoon touring the gardens before dinner, sipping cava while the chef explained the herbs. Later, we laughed because the basil on our plates had been in Carmen’s hand just hours before.

This is where we go to reconnect — with nature, with the island, with ourselves.

10. Voro (Two Michelin Stars, Canyamel)

Lucía: “Voro is not a restaurant, it’s a stage. And every dish is theatre.”

The two Michelin stars are well deserved — bold flavors, dramatic presentations, food that dares you to close your eyes and surrender. We once spent the entire evening there, forgetting the time, forgetting everything except the flavors.

If you find us at Voro, know that the night will end late, with laughter, champagne, and maybe a little mischief.

An Invitation

So now you know our secrets. These are the places we love, where we dine, where we laugh too loud, drink too much wine, and sometimes forget the world outside.

And perhaps one evening, when you’re lost in the candlelight of Palma, you’ll see us there too.
